Dispatch time
Confirmed orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours on business days.
Delivery
Orders are shipped via our logistics partners to the address on your account. Delivery timelines depend on your location and order volume — your account manager can confirm an estimate for large or recurring orders.
Bulk & freight orders
Pallet or container-load quantities are coordinated separately with dedicated freight arrangements. See Bulk Orders to request a quote that includes logistics.
Order tracking
Order status is visible under Account → Orders, from confirmation through to dispatch.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report any discrepancy within 48 hours of delivery to your account contact or wholesale@desiaroma.example, with your order number.
